His foundational expertise was forged within the executive leadership of Fortune 500 titans, including General Electric, Stanley Works, and Hamilton Beach. Having served in pivotal roles such as Director of Operations and Manufacturing Manager, Patrick possesses a rare, hands-on mastery of labor relations and regulatory compliance. This deep corporate pedigree allows him to navigate the intricate legal and cultural nuances of doing business across diverse Latin American jurisdictions with unparalleled precision.

Patrick’s portfolio includes the successful launch of complex manufacturing ecosystems, ranging from high-precision aerospace production to advanced automated electronics. His strategic oversight has directed full-scale startups in major industrial hubs like Querétaro and Saltillo, mastering technical processes such as die casting and injection molding. Sylvia Zambrano

Vice President of Operations

Sylvia Zambrano serves as a cornerstone of The Everest Group’s senior management, leveraging decades of strategic planning and operational expertise to facilitate complex international market entries. Having transitioned from a high-level strategic role at PepsiCo, she now bridges the gap between global business management and large-scale manufacturing operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in solidifying the firm’s status as the premier nexus for foreign investment and industrial expansion in Mexico.

Her career is defined by the successful launch of numerous global entities, including industrial giants such as Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Stanley Works, and Molex. Sylvia’s mastery of macro and micro-site selection, combined with her rigorous due diligence in international legal, environmental, and customs compliance, has made her an indispensable asset for corporations navigating the intricacies of relocation. She possesses a unique ability to harmonize technical requirements with regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless transitions for diverse manufacturing sectors.

Sylvia spearheaded the landmark installation of Bombardier Aerospace in Querétaro, a project that redefined the benchmark for aerospace investment in Latin America. As the lead for administrative outsourcing services, she orchestrated the entire operational ecosystem—from union relations and environmental health (EHS) to complex import-export logistics and expatriate care. This groundbreaking project remains a testament to her ability to manage high-stakes, turnkey manufacturing startups in the most demanding industries.

As Vice President of Operations, Sylvia oversees the multidisciplinary project teams that drive Everest’s reputation as Mexico’s most comprehensive turnkey service provider. An alumna of the prestigious Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she complements her deep field experience with advanced project management credentials.
